Hi Friend! ๐ฆ Our sh*t is scattered everywhere in the house ๐คฎ Our moldy air conditioning ducts are finally being cleaned ๐ Tobi needs a bath ๐ I ran out of pages in my journal and wasn't ready for it โ My website domains are broken ๐ Our internet disconnected at the worst timing ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ I confused someone else's home for mine (awkward) and yes, today is actually Abbey's birthday ๐ฅณ A little bit of chaos, but honestly not anything to complain about. Things have been feeling really magical and I know exactly why - I've been keeping track of my wins. Over the last 30 days I've made it a point to end my day listing all my wins and things I'm grateful for, but this time on turbo mode. Before, I just listed 3 things and did it when I remembered or felt like it... but sometimes it felt like I had to choose the "best" things to list. What's the point of giving this a limit? After being limitless with it I'm realizing there wasn't a point other than saving time - which is worth being spent here in this case. Despite even getting my period this week, I've been feeling good more consistently. Not all the time, but most of the time. I've noticed two things since going all out on gratitude and listing my wins:
So try this: Literally write "I'm grateful for..." before every single sentence and keep going until you can't anymore. Let me know how it goes! โ๐พTTYL!โ๐พ Simie P.S. I got Abbey tickets to watch the Golden State Warriors play here in Hawaii this weekend along with a pair of binoculars to see all the birds out here ๐ Super grateful that was even an option to have as as gift! P.S.S. Once I get my domains working again I have a special treat for some of you ๐ Stay tuned ๐งก Want more happiness in your life? Maybe more journaling pizzaz?
