Hey friend! Lately I've been struggling with understanding where to put my focus. I'd get in my journal, dump a list of things that I felt contributed to my goals, sort them between urgent and non urgent, and if it was a 10x task or a 2x task. But what happens when you have a long list of 10x tasks? Do I now need to figure out what the 100x task is? How do I know? People know what to do, but don't have the courage to act. Agnieszka gets this: Just find the courage to face them, and youβll make progress!" Bad decisions make us feel good right now but at the expense of what we really want in the future. Information is critical to making decisions, but they can also keep us from making any in the first place. Taking action is the only way you'll know if it was good or not - and we're either winning or learning. Today I cut myself off from a crutch I was using for external validation. I removed myself from a community that I both contributed to and took great things away from. Super painful right now, but I know this step will help me show up as the person I want to beβmore focused, more intentional, and more in tune with what matters most. So here's what I have to offer: The Well-Being Program It's a 14 week program designed to help you make bold decisions and take meaningful action toward becoming the person you want to be. Early bird applications are now open and sh*t gets real on Jan 31st.
