Hiya friend! I’m going to assume that you could be on any toilet right now, which includes public restrooms. So I’ll be quick. Several months ago I decided to cut myself off of social media. Reason being was that I was spending way too much time on the toilet scrolling through instagram, giggling at videos that were in my DMs, or trying to decipher my favorite musician’s cryptic posts that hinted at new albums 🧐🚽 If you're actually reading this on the toilet, I'm very proud of you - not for doing your business but for spending your time wisely. Once I deleted my social media, I found myself bored on the toilet, tempted to start reading shampoo ingredients, so I’d leave before my legs went numb. Instant time saver. Then off of the toilet, I found myself subscribing to newsletters that actually brought value to my life. As you may have guessed, I also found myself reading these on the toilet. No ads or a chance for infinite scrolling. Read something quick and get off the pot. An chill, productive form of multitasking built into my day. Alright, times up.
